Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic exercises are awesome! From my experience aerobic exercise has always been a fun leisure activity as your doing a lot of exercise but your concentration is on getting the moves right and following the instructor. By the end of each session if you've worked hard you're usually worn out and feel good.

Any local gyms that have a studio and hold classes should tailor to aerobic exercise classes.

At the end of some classes there will be 'conditioning' whereby muscles in the legs and abdominals and more are stretched to finish off the lesson.

In the lesson there are moves such as boxstep, grapevines, jacks, hamstring curl and so many more. If the group is more experienced then the intensity of the moves will increase, for example, jumps added to the boxsteps.

You shouldn't be worried that the instructor would go too fast as everything is explained and the moves are pretty easy to grasp.

 

Benefits of doing aerobic exercises are that you can attend as an individual or with a friend and it will still have the same effect of great fitness!

 

It is healthy and involves the same fitness as going to the gym though you're less aware of how much exercise and work on your body you're actually doing. Aerobic exercises tones and firms the body.
