Bowls is a great activity to pass time that's both calm and enjoyable. Lawn
Bowls can be a competitive game with one against one or with teams.
The aim of Lawn Bowls is to roll your balls across the lawn and aim them
with accuracy and speed, so that it ends up the closest to the mark (which
could be a simple stick stuck in the ground, or a small wooden ball). It's
perfect for practising eye to hand coordination and accuracy
skills.

Bowls could be used as an activity for many events such as competitions,
clubs, parties, etc.
So if you're bored and you're looking for a calm activity that's not too
much bother to set up, then Lawn Bowls is a superb alternative to lying
on the sofa all afternoon!
