Mountain Boarding is a wildly intense experience that can easily be taken up as a new hobby or sport.
The
Mountain Board is basically a skateboard but it's larger, there are straps
for your feet and the Mountain Board has wheels that are specially adapted
with mini tyres suitable for riding down a hill instead of a skate park.
If you are a beginner, then I advise you to take some quick training if
it is offered at the Mountain Boarding area. It may look easy as you watch
the experts smoothly roll down the hill, jump of a ramp and skid to a halt
but you can easily loose your balance and fall over.
Once you're confident and go independent, then that's when Mountain Boarding becomes the real thrill. You can race up to high speeds and you can take on the windy tracks weaving down the side of the hill.
If
you're really into Mountain Boarding and have full control of the Mountain
Board, then you could attempt the ramps which, if you successfully complete,
get a feeling of accomplishment, amazement and the adrenalin rush urges
you to the extreme!
